Grade Statuses

M - Medical

When a student has not completed work or attended class due to approved medical reasons.

MOD - Student Receiving Modifications

When a student is receiving significant curricular modifications due to an approved purpose. This status accompanies a letter grade.

INC - Incomplete

When a student has not completed or submitted work that prevents the instructor from calculating their reported grade. The instructor must indicate the rationale for assigning an "Incomplete" in the students' comment.

A student cannot receive both an "Incomplete" status and a letter grade on their report. Incompletes must be resolved according to the Resolution Policy.

W - Withdrawn

When a student has withdrawn from a section, class, or the institution due to a mid-year withdrawal.
